Q: Why should I share my Go60! Challenge with friends?
Lives are transformed every day at ISCD. By sharing your Go60! goals with family and friends, you're building awareness of the impact ISCD programs and therapies have on thousands of athletes with disabilities.
Q: Why 60?
ISCD is celebrating more than 60 years of using sports and its supportive community to help people of all ages with physical challenges lead successful lives. You honor that 60 spirit when you incorporate 60 into your activity challenge. In that way, you unite with ISCD athletes across the globe, across generations, and across abilities into one family!
Q: What activities can I do for Go60!?
Any and ALL activities count for the Go60! Challenge! You can walk, run, bike, hike, swim, dance, CrossFit, do burpees, squat, lift weights (or babies!), play golf, garden, bake, volunteer — whatever is meaningful for you to be active in the name of ISCD.
Q: What if I don't like sports? Can I still take the Go60! Challenge?
Absolutely! Challenge yourself to 60 reps or 60 minutes of any activity that brings you joy and makes you better in life! Garden, read, study, bake, meditate — you choose. Be sure to report your time in reps every day of the 10-day Go60! Challenge. Sixty minutes = 60 reps!
Q: How do I report my activity?
Track the reps you engaged in your chosen activity right on your personal Go60! page. We can't wait to see how much you do and we'll report at the Closing Ceremony on August 8 how much we all did together.
Q: What should my fundraising goal be?
It costs $600 for one child to receive one month of physical therapy and sports training at ISCD. We hope you'll commit to providing at least one month of ISCD's life-changing programs for at least one athlete. We've got some great prizes to give you for reaching different fundraising milestones.
